No, we're only online.

What are you hours of operation?

We're available Mon - Fri from 8am - 5pm PST.

Do you have specific shipping days?

Yes, we only ship on Mondays and Fridays.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid chemicals as they can alter the metal in your jewelry. Remove jewelry when cleaning. Apply perfumes, cosmetics, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry. Use light water to clean jewelry. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. 

Do you have a warranty on jewelry items?

Yes, your Leigh Chalice item has a 1 year warranty and only includes any manufacturing defects on the stones of the jewelry. Any damage sustained by misuse or alterations will void warranty. Please contact customer support regarding your warranty. The warranty process can take up to 6 weeks. 

How can I use my gift card?

Gift cards can be used for any purchase on LeighChalice.com. Please note that collections change monthly, but items are available for request.
